The campaign, which uses three different messages carried on fashionable (and seasonal!) tees, will help spread positive messages about mental health in our community. The campaign also encourages everyone to think about their own mental health and raise awareness about good mental health practices.
The three slogans each have an underlying message:
· Achieve Balance - seek tools to get mentally fit
· Reward Your Mind - Like our bodies, our minds need time to relax and rejuvenate to be healthy
· Talk About It - Stigma is still one of the greatest barriers to people seeking mental health treatment
All proceeds will help support our Prevention Services, which include our Public Education and Bereavement Programs.
