Not sure which mental health service will meet your needs, or even what is available in Windsor-Essex? CMHA provides information about mental health services and will provide referral assistance to those unable to access resources on their own. If you or someone you know have recently been discharged from a psychiatric unit of the hospital, and are unsure of what community services could assist you, CMHA staff can help connect you to the service or services in the community that best suit your individual needs. CMHA’s Resource Centre addresses all requests for case management supports for both programs in Windsor and Essex County.
