Strategic Plan (2008 - 20011)

The Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch is strongly committed to assessing it's activities and establishing future directions, which build on existing successes and improve service delivery. To this end, extensive work has been done in the past year to develop a strategic plan for the next three years. Many thanks to the staff and Board for their contributions and participation in retreats to establish priorities and to the many community partners that provided feedback in the community surveys. Most importantly, much appreciation to the consumers who regularly provide input on the value of services and make suggestions in the annual consumer satisfaction surveys. We are pleased to make this document available to you as we endeavour to work in partnership to improve mental health services in our community.
